Turn a soft butter, egg yolks and sugar into a lush whitish cream. When the cream is ready, sprinkle both type of flour, previously combined with a pinch of salt and a baking powder. The remaining proteins are turned into a stable foam and gently enter it into the total mixture with a spatula.

Separate the grapes from the bunch and cut them if necessary. Add the grapes to the dough, pour everything into a mold and leave to bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
