To make this drink, choose a ripe grapes, rinse it and select the spoiled berries. Then remove the twigs by hand. Banks and lids in advance sterilize: in a saucepan pour water, bring it to a boil and lower it there for 3 minutes, cans and covers. After that, fill the container and exactly a quarter of the grapes.

In a separate saucepan, boil water on high heat, gradually pour sugar and mix with a spoon, boiling on medium heat until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved. Then gently fill the jars with hot syrup, cover with lids and leave for 5-7 minutes. Then carefully drain the syrup into a saucepan, boil it and immediately pour the jars of grapes to them at the very tops. We spin the compote from the grapes for the winter with lids and leave for about 2 days in a dark place. We keep the conservation in a cool place.

Compote of apples and grapes

Now tell you how to make a compote of grapes. So, my apples, cut into parts, remove the core and sprinkle with lemon juice. Grapes are removed from the twigs, blanching 3 minutes in boiling water, put in a colander and washed with cold water. Now lay out the fruits and berries on the cans, pour hot syrup and leave for 5 minutes. Then drain the liquid, boil it and again pour into cans. We plug the container, turn it over and leave it to cool. That's all the compote with apples and grapes ready!

Compote of white grapes

Ingredients:

White grapes are removed from the twigs, washed in running water and pour the berries with boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Then lightly dry them and put them in a sterilized jar. In the water we pour out the sugar, put on a strong fire and bring to a boil. Fill grapes with hot syrup, cover with lid and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Then gently drain the liquid into a saucepan, put it back on the fire, bring it to the boil and cook for 10 minutes. Again, pour the grapes with boiling syrup, roll and turn over. Cover the container with a blanket and leave the prepared compote from fresh grapes until completely cooled.
