Calculation for four liter cans:

Preparation

Before we begin to pickle tomatoes for the winter, we will prepare a container first. In this case, we need a liter jar, which we wash thoroughly and sterilize in any convenient way. Now we pour the filtered water into the pan and put it on the fire and while it boils, we will fill the cans. At the bottom of each stack on the umbrella of dill and a branch of parsley, we throw three peas of pepper and one bay leaf and bud of a carnation. Garlic denticles are cleaned, cut each into four parts and throw one at a time in the jar. Now turn the tomatoes. We choose small, dense fruits, rinse them and fill them with a can on the shoulders. On top, we lay one more ground garlic clove, a parsley branch and dill umbrella. Fill the workpieces with boiling water under the string, cover with boiled metal caps beforehand and leave for ten minutes.

After a while, drain the water back into the pan. It is very convenient to use for this purpose a special lid with holes, replacing it with a temporary metal one.

Many at this stage add all the ingredients of the marinade to the water. But you can do much easier and more practical. We will add sugar salt and vinegar directly into jars. For each need 50 grams of sugar, 15 grams of salt and one tablespoon of vinegar. After re-boiling water drained from the jars, let it boil for five minutes, then pour on jars, then roll up and turn the bottom up to a warm blanket or blanket. We give the workpieces in this form to cool slowly.
