The dough is rolled out with a 3 mm thick layer, cut out circles with a diameter of 10 cm, grease with the egg and spread the dough into molds for cupcakes. We spread on these circles stuffing, from above we grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the top with a dough, in the center make a hole, grease the egg and bake on medium heat until a ruddy crust.

Pies with liver sausage

This recipe for those who like pies fried in a frying pan, although baked in the oven, they will not lose their taste.

We sift the flour, add soda, curdled milk, salt, sugar, drive in the egg and knead the dough, leave it for 10 minutes. Grind the arrows of garlic and fry in warmed vegetable oil until soft. Then we put out the fire and add liver sausage to the garlic, it's well spread out. Leave the filling a little cool and pour the mango. The dough is rolled and we make pies. Fry the patties with liver on both sides on the warmed oil on a small fire.

Potatoes are cleaned, washing and rubbing on a large grater. Onion is cleaned and finely chopped, sausage is also finely chopped. All mixed and fried in a heated frying pan, salt, pepper and add finely chopped greens. Minced leave to cool slightly. Form the patties and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
