How to lay a tile on a wooden floor?

For work, you will need sheets of plywood, screws, carpentry tools, primer, universal glue, ruberoid, gypsum plaster, spatulas, grout.
- When preparing the surface, it is necessary to dismantle and repair the damaged floors and lay the roughing base on them in the form of sheets of particleboard. The resulting surface must be perfectly flat.
- After obtaining an even surface for insulating joints between the tile and the wall, a vapor barrier is put in the form of strips of roofing material, which is attached to the wooden wall by a stapler. The strip of gypsum-fiber sheet GVL is fixed to it from above with self-tapping screws.
- Before paving the plywood is treated with a primer. After this, you can start the process of fixing the tiles to universal mounting glue. Each tile is leveled. In the joints are installed plastic crosses. Cut openings under the sewer pipe and trim on the sides.
- Plinths are installed ceramic immediately on the tile. Universal adhesive is spread with a spatula on the plywood and tiles.
