One of the main problems of modern youth is the choice of profession. Starting from the school's bench, young people start to think about what professions are in demand in our country. This happens because every person wants to find a business that will bring income and pleasure.
Modern statistics are disappointing - only 22% of graduates of universities go to work on their specialty. This suggests that young people have very poor knowledge of the labor market. Many graduates, having received a diploma, immediately go to a second higher or to a course, and are retrained. To avoid this problem, it is necessary to be interested in advance which professions are the most in demand in Ukraine. The State Employment Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine regularly monitors the labor market and publishes the results. To date, the top three places in the list of the most popular professions in Ukraine look like this:
- Sales Manager. Almost every company needs a specialist who will deal with sales. In this regard, the first place in the list of the most popular professions in Ukraine is the sales manager.
- Employee of the financial sector. Accountants, financial advisers and economists are also key elements in the enterprise of almost any format. According to statistics, a person who knows deep knowledge in the field of finance will not remain without work.
- Programmers and engineers. To date, the demand for programmers and engineers is unusually high. This is due to the fact that the number of graduates of technical specialties is much less than graduates of "fashion" professions - marketers, financiers, economists, managers. The branches of production and information technologies offer rather high salaries even to graduates of higher educational institutions without work experience.
Employees of recruitment agencies and employment offices note that the most popular professions in Ukraine today are specialists in IT-specialties, engineers and designers. The demand for specialists in these sectors is many times greater than the number of proposals.
In addition to technical specialties, in the modern labor market a large number of proposals for managers of various fields, experts in the field of advertising and experienced accountants.
