- Exclude: seafood and fatty fish (halibut, herring, caviar, flounder).
Slimming on the third blood group: "Nomad, omnivores"
- You can: meat (except turkey and chicken), cereals, vegetables and fruits , dairy products, legumes, eggs;
- in minimal quantities: corn, tomatoes, rhubarb, buckwheat and wheat groats;
- exclude: chicken, pork, shellfish, crab, shrimp.
Weight loss for blood group IV: "The youngest blood group and the most vulnerable organism"
- You can: meat, dairy products, tofu, fish, olive oil, peanuts, walnuts, fruit;
- in minimum quantities: legumes, cereals, peppers, olives, corn;
- exclude: red meat, wheat, sunflower seeds, buckwheat, bacon and ham.
