Recipe for salad "Mushrooms under a fur coat"
Ingredients:
- salted mushrooms - 300 g;
- carrots - 3 pieces;
- bulb - 3 pieces;
- ham - 300 g;
- cheese - 300 g;
- potatoes - 4 pcs .;
- egg - 4 pieces;
- mayonnaise - 400 ml.
Preparation
Potatoes are washed, boiled in salted water, cooled, cleaned and rubbed on a grater. Onion shred, pass to golden crust, add the carrots sliced with straw and fry until soft.
We chop the ham into small rectangles, and the cheese three on a grater. Eggs boil hard boiled and also three on a grater. Now put the potatoes in a uniform layer in a salad bowl, grease it with mayonnaise, cover with salt mushrooms , lay onions with carrots, water mayonnaise. Then follows a layer of ham, sprinkle with cheese and eggs. Let the prepared dish brew at room temperature.
Marinated mushrooms under a fur coat
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 2 pieces;
- smoked chicken breast - 200 g;
- mayonnaise - 200 ml;
- pickled honey mushrooms - 100 g;
- sausage smoked cheese - 150 g;
- pickled honey mushrooms - 100 g;
- egg - 3 pieces;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation
In advance, boil eggs, potatoes and carrots. Chicken breast is processed from bones and skin, cut into cubes across the fibers. Onions are shredded a little, but we clear the sausage cheese from the smoked skins and rub it on a fine grater. Potatoes, carrots and eggs grind on a large grater, or cut into cubes.
After all the ingredients are prepared, start to collect the salad: first lay out the pickled mushrooms, then - onions and grease all with mayonnaise. The next layer is potatoes, then chicken breast, again mayonnaise, then we spread carrots, eggs, mayonnaise and sprinkle everything with sausage cheese.
The herring under the fur coat with mushrooms
Ingredients:
- fillet of herring - 2 pcs .;
- potatoes - 2 pieces;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- egg - 3 pieces;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- champignons - 300 g;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation
Potatoes and carrots are cooked until ready in a uniform, cooled and cleaned. Sirloin fillet cut into small pieces. Onions are cleaned and finely shredded together with champignons. Eggs boil hard, clean and rub separately with potatoes on a grater. Now lay out all the layers: potatoes, a layer of herring, eggs, frying onions with mushrooms and grated carrots. All the layers are smeared with mayonnaise, we decorate the salad greens and for a few hours we remove the fur coat with mushrooms in the refrigerator.
