Macaroni with cutlets

Who did not try pasta with cutlets? Pasta with cutlets tried everything, and not just tried, but certainly cook this dish for many years and never cease to love it less. And the truth is, these kinds of recipes are simple, and are available to most of us, so why not devote an article to the original methods of cooking this culinary classics, such as a recipe in a multivariate or an oven.

How to cook pasta with cutlets in a multivariate?

Minced beef with pork or chicken thoroughly seasoned and mixed with grated on a fine grater onions. Using a pair of water-soaked hands, we form minced meatballs and put them into a multivark basket designed for steaming.

In a bowl multivarki pour water and install on top of a basket with cutlets. Close the multivar with the lid, set the "Steam cooking" mode to 15 minutes. Half-steamed cutlets are taken from the multivarka, into the water we fall asleep macaroni and return the basket to its original place. After 15 minutes our dish will be ready.

From white bread we extract the crumb. Parsley roughly ripped hands and placed in a bowl blender along with peeled garlic. Grind parsley with garlic until uniform, add crumb, grated "Parmesan" and repeat the procedure. We add milk to the bread mass to moisten it and mix it with ground beef. Following the bread, we send to the forcemeat the egg, as well as a good portion of salt and pepper. We roll out minced meatballs and put them on a sheet for baking. We cook our cutlets in the oven for 10-15 minutes at maximum temperature.

While the cutlets are baked, we can do macaroni, there are no tricks, but only follow the instructions on the package: throw spaghetti into boiling water, cook for 7-8 minutes, drain and fill with olive or butter.

We serve cutlets together with tomato sauce and freshly prepared pasta. If desired, decorate with greens and sprinkle with an additional portion of cheese.
