Salads with mushrooms are not in vain popular. After all, they are incredibly tasty, nutritious and varied. The mushroom component harmonizes with almost all products, creating excellent culinary compositions that occupy a leading position in the ratings of the most popular and delicious salads.
"Forest Glade" salad with pickled mushrooms - simple recipe
Ingredients:
- champignons marinated - 350 g;
- Boiled fillet of chicken breast - 300 g;
- carrots in Korean - 220 g;
- hard cheese - 220 g;
- potatoes - 450 g;
- mayonnaise ;
- ground black pepper;
- fresh greens of dill and parsley;
- feathers of green onions;
- salt.
Preparation
To make this salad, we need a boiled and chilled chicken breast fillet and potato tubers. When ready, chop the chicken into small cubes, and let the potatoes through a large grater. Also rub the hard cheese, and washed and dried fresh herbs and green onions cut into small enough. We also cut Korean carrots with a sharp knife, and we pick up the marinated mushrooms from the brine and let them drain.
After the completion of the preparatory actions, let's start assembling the salad. On a platter, place the ring and put the whole mushroom inside the caps with the hats down. We cover them with a layer of chopped fresh greens and green onions, we distribute the potatoes rubbed on the grater from above and cover it with a generous mayonnaise net. Now follows a layer of chicken fillet and again mayonnaise. The Korean carrots are spread over the chicken and also covered with a small layer of mayonnaise. In the end, lay out a layer of grated cheese, cover the structure with a film and put the salad for several hours in the refrigerator.
Now cover the ring with a salad with the same wide dish, gently but quickly turn the structure, remove the upper dish and ring. As a result, we get a simple, but very tasty, layered turnip salad with chicken, cheese and mushrooms, in which the bottom layer is cheese, and on top pickled mushrooms in fresh greens, imitating a forest glade, corresponding to the name of the snack.
Simple salad with fresh mushrooms champignons
Ingredients:
- fresh champignons - 320 g;
- sweet Bulgarian pepper of three colors - 220 g;
- salad onion - 200 g;
- onion powder - pinch;
- garlic powder - pinch;
- ground sweet paprika - pinch;
- a mixture of Italian herbs - pinch;
- dried fennel and oregano - pinch;
- ground bitter pepper - pinch;
- mushroom soy sauce;
- vegetable refined oil - 40 ml;
- vinegar - 20 ml;
- salt.
Preparation
To make such a salad, rinse thoroughly the mushrooms, cut off the legs, and shred the shredded pieces with the desired shape and size. Sweet Bulgarian peppers are saved from seed boxes and cut into strips, and lettuce is cleaned and shredded by semirings.
We put the prepared ingredients in a deep bowl and prepare the dressing. To do this, mix in a separate container of vegetable oil, vinegar, mushroom soy sauce, add salt to taste, ground bitter pepper and paprika, a mixture of Italian herbs, dried fennel and oregano, onion and garlic powder and mix. Pour the resulting mixture of mushrooms with vegetables, stir and leave to marinate for one hour, periodically mixing.
Simple salad with mushrooms and ham in a hurry
Ingredients:
- champignon marinated - 250 g;
- ham - 500 g;
- any boiled meat - 220 g;
- garlic - 1-2 teeth;
- mayonnaise - 150 g.
Preparation
If you have a piece of any boiled meat (it can be pork, beef or chicken), as well as a little ham and a jar of marinated mushrooms, then in minutes you can cook an incredibly tasty and hearty salad that will especially suit the male audience. To do this, we chop the ham and similar slices or cubes into meat, shred the marinated champignons and finely chop garlic. We mix all the ingredients in a bowl, fill it with mayonnaise, put it into a salad bowl and serve. Salt in such a salad can not be added, since mushrooms and ham already contain it in a sufficient amount for taste.
