Jellied pie with mushrooms

On weekends, you want to pamper yourself with some delicious food, especially if you are at the dacha, and / or after a successful "quiet" hunt (that is, going to the forest for mushrooms) or just managed to buy fresh mushrooms. For example, you can bake a jelly pie with mushrooms, this recipe is not too widely distributed, nevertheless, it is interesting. Of course, we hope that you have ecologically clean mushrooms.

How to prepare a jelly pie with mushrooms?

Flour is best used wheat whole grain.

Mushrooms soak for 20 minutes in cold salted water, then clean, if necessary. Cut into small pieces, but not too finely. Fry the mushrooms lightly in a frying pan and braise them, covering them with a lid, for 15 minutes on low heat, sometimes stirring with a spatula. Let's drop the mushrooms in the colander. You can add the onion to the mushroom filling, in this case we will peel the onion, finely chop it and fry it in a separate frying pan, then mix it with the mushrooms. Or you can put onions with mushrooms.

Now the dough. We mix in a bowl an egg, salt, a glass of homemade kefir and lightly pierced with a fork. We pour the sifted flour a little.

The form is lubricated with oil or spread by oiled baking paper (silicone can not be lubricated). Pour a little less than half the dough into the mold. Evenly distributing, we spread the mushroom mass. Fill with the remaining test. Bake for 40-60 minutes in a preheated oven, the temperature is about 190 degrees C. The prepared pie is extracted from the mold and, while hot, sprinkle with grated cheese. We wait until the cheese melts and the pie is slightly cooled, then it can be cut.

Acting according to the same recipe, you can prepare a jelly pie with mushrooms and potatoes and / or cabbage. In this version, the potatoes should be pre-cooked almost to the full preparedness and cut into small cubes or cubes. Cabbage can be used kvasshenuyu washed or fresh, finely chopped. Or you can lightly light it with onions and mushrooms or separately.

Such pies are particularly appropriate to serve with a soup or meat broth, you can, with tea or compote.
