Soak white bread in cold water or milk, and then squeeze and grind in any convenient way. Mix the bread crumbs with minced meat, add eggs, grated hard cheese (original need pecorino), crushed basil greens, and also throw a few pinches of a mixture of peppers, salt and mix everything carefully.

From the received mass we form balls, having enclosed inside of each on a ball of mozzarella and we fry them in a warmed up oil to a beautiful appetizing rouge.
