We throw the squid into boiling water, mark exactly 2 minutes, discard it in a colander and rinse it under cold water to make the film better. Onions shred thin slices and pour boiling water, diluted with apple cider vinegar, salt and sugar. When the ray will cool down, we throw it back in a colander and put it into a salad bowl. Squids and shrimps are ground with straw. Apple and cucumber chopped strips. All sprinkle with lemon juice, season with mayonnaise and mix. Sprinkle with grated cheese, decorate with red caviar and prawns.

Salad "Sea foam" with squid

Now take a flat dish, put the jar in the center and start preparing a salad around it. First we put eggs, squid, carrots and grated cheese. All the layers are smeared with mayonnaise and we decorate the salad with red caviar.

"Sea Pearl" salad with squid

Squid we put in boiling water and cook exactly 3 minutes. Then we clean it from the film and cut it into thin strips. Shrimp pour water, leave for a few minutes, and then throw back in a colander. Crab sticks shredded cubes. Eggs are boiled, cleaned, we separate the proteins from the yolks and rub them separately on the gratings. Now mix in a deep bowl of squirrels, crab sticks, squid, shrimp and red caviar. We fill the salad with mayonnaise, put it in a salad bowl and decorate it with red caviar.
