Parmesan cheese is chopped and introduced into a salad bowl, followed by rustling croutons. Concerning your taste, we pour all the kitchen salt and a mixture of different peppers. In mayonnaise, pour a little olive oil, stir and fill the resulting mixture with our wonderful salad.

From carefully washed peppers we cut out the stems that are unnecessary to us and carefully cleanse the seeds. Then we dip them into boiling water and blanch for a couple of minutes.

Cottage cheese punch blender or let it through the meat grinder, throw a couple of pinch of fragrant asafetida. On a small grater, rub the fresh carrots and also put it into a bowl with cottage cheese. We also add finely chopped parsley. All this mixture is filled with not very thick sour cream, while introducing salt to taste. Now, densely stuffed with this delicate filling, blanched peppers. When serving, cut the snack into centimetric circles and put it on the original dish.
