We cook the pasta in salted water until ready, and while we are making sauce and shrimps. In a frying pan with olive oil fry the chopped garlic until golden brown, then discard it. In shrimps we separate the tails from the head, we clean the tails, and lightly lighten the heads in garlic oil, after which we throw them away. Now add the sweet pepper, diced into the frying pan, fry for 3 minutes, then add the tomato paste, about 50 ml of water, mix, then spread the previously cleaned shrimp tails and stew them until ready, at the end add salt, sugar and pepper to taste. We put the pasta on a plate, pour the sauce with shrimps and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
