If you do not know how to prepare frozen tiger shrimps, then do not worry, the scheme of their preparation is not much different from that of fresh brethren, except that it is necessary to defrost the shrimps before cooking in the refrigerator.
Now about how much to cook tiger shrimps: the optimal cooking time is 4-6 minutes (depending on the size) in boiling salted water, once the shrimps have changed their color - ready.
If you decide to fry tiger shrimps, for example, on skewers, then the cooking time will be 1.5-2 minutes on each side.

Ingredients:
- butter - 25 g;
- garlic cloves - 2 pcs .;
- cream - 165 ml;
- lemon juice, spices to taste;

Preparation

- boiled shrimps - 10-12 pieces;
- mango - 2 pieces;

- shallots - 4 pieces;

- olive oil - 30 ml;

Preparation
