Modern technologies help make cooking a quick and easy process. That's why many are interested in how to make a meat solyanka in a multivariate. It is not difficult. However, the broth is still cooked in a saucepan - it's easier to remove foam. So, for a start, pork on a bone (you can take ribs or a knee) mine, put it in a saucepan and pour water. We put on the stove and before the broth starts to boil, carefully remove all the foam. After that, add one peeled bulb, a laurel and pepper. Cook for about an hour at minimum heat, our broth, then take out the meat, and broth filter. The remaining onion finely shred, carrots three on a large grater.

We pour oil into the cup of the multivarka, put vegetables in it and start frying it under the lid - so it will turn out juicier. We cut the smoked products with small cubes. As you can see, in order to prepare a hodgepodge of mixed meat we use different smoked products, but you can limit yourself to anything, if the budget option is assumed. We add smoked meat to the bowl, sliced ​​meat, capers, tomato paste and cucumbers. They, too, shredded cubes, not very large.
