Before preparing the haddock in foil, it must be washed, dried and properly seasoned. The filet is first sprinkled lightly with salt and pepper, then in a small bowl, mix soft butter, lemon juice and garlic. We put the weight on the fish. We transfer the fillets to a wide leaf of foil, sprinkle with herbs and wrap it in an envelope. One edge of the envelope is left open, we pour wine and cream into it, and then tightly seal the fish with foil.

Haddock will be baked at 180 degrees 25-30 minutes.

Onions are sliced ​​and fried in olive oil 7-8 minutes, until golden brown. To roast we send chopped tomatoes in our own juice, sugar, thyme and soy sauce. All the good mix and bring to a boil. Stew the sauce for about 5 minutes, and afterwards carefully place the fillet in the pan. Cover it all with foil and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes (the frying pan should be with an iron handle!).

Also, fish can be cooked separately, seasoned with salt and pepper, and served with ready-made sauce. In the latter case, the preparation of haddock in foil will take 25-30 minutes at a similar temperature. We serve a ready dish with baked potatoes or rice.
