Grain should be poured cold water for about 8 hours, after which the water is drained, and the oats are scattered on the towel for drying and airing. A few minutes and he is ready for a responsible test - the grain is placed in a flat container, and every 12 hours it is washed in running water so that mold does not form.
Tray with oatmeal should be removed away from sunlight, so it does not dry out, but not in a too dark place, the ideal temperature will be 21 ° C.
Some two or three days will pass, and you will be surprised to find small, sprouting sprouts. It is very important not to let them outgrow - the optimal length of the sprout is up to 1 cm. For storage, the sprouted grain is washed again, dried and sent to the refrigerator.
