Funchaz with beef

Chinese glass noodles with beef are a hearty and quick to prepare dish, which is just starting to gain momentum in our country. And in spite of the fact that now the funch is served in all Asian restaurants, it is possible to prepare this dish yourself at home.

Preparation

Mushrooms soaked for a couple of hours in cool water, and then cut into small straws along with the rest of the ingredients: peeled carrots, onions, beef. Spinach blanched in salted boiling water for 30-40 seconds and squeeze out excess moisture. Fry each of the prepared ingredients in the preheated vegetable oil (separately).

Mix all the ingredients necessary for the sauce and sprinkle a few tablespoons of the mixture of vegetables and mushrooms. Lightly fry the fungus to get rid of excess moisture, and then mix it with the remaining sauce. We serve fuczozu with beef and mushrooms, laying noodles in the center of the plate, and at the edges distributing all kinds of fillings.

We put beef in a glass bowl with chopped garlic and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Leave meat to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Noodles are poured with boiling water and leave for 5 minutes, after which we let the excess water drain off, throwing the noodles into a colander. In a well-heated frying pan fry beef for 3-4 minutes, let the meat rest for about 5 minutes after roasting and cut it into thin slices. Cut the cucumber along in half and then cut across with thin half rings. Parmesan is cut by thin petals with vegetable cutters. Mix noodles with green leaves, cucumber and meat. We pour salad with fuchsoza and beef dressing from balsamic and olive oil. We serve to the table immediately after preparation. Bon Appetit!
