This snack has an acutely-sour-sweet taste. You can cook it in advance, put it in the fridge and, by the time you arrive from work or the appearance of unexpected guests, you will already have what to put on the table for a start. Ideally, salt and sesame oil should be bought in an Asian shop, in the supermarket department or in the Asian grocery market.

Sweet and hot bitter pepper, as well as garlic is moved in a meat grinder. To this mixture, add sugar, oil, salt, vinegar and kneaded greens. Thoroughly mix.

Tomatoes are washed, cut into slices, if the tomatoes are not large, then it is enough to cut each tomato in half or into 4 parts, crosswise.

In a jar of suitable size or a container we put on the bottom of grated horseradish, on top - a layer of tomatoes and polish pour. Then lay the next layer and fill it again. In principle, you can simply put the tomatoes and pour over the top with a fill. Close the container with a lid tightly and place it in the refrigerator. From time to time we turn it over. After 8-12 hours, the snack is ready.

At the bottom of the cans we put greens. On top - cleanly washed vegetables: onion, cut into rings, peppers - quarters, tomatoes, punctured with a toothpick in several places, garlic and hot pepper - whole. Boil water and add oil, salt, sugar, vinegar. Salt and sugar should dissolve completely. Fill the hot marinade with the contents of the can. Sterilize for 10 minutes, curl and turn over. Cover with a warm blanket.
