Preparation

To make samsa with cheese, take the egg, add salt, water and mix everything thoroughly. We sift the flour into a deep bowl, make a groove on top and gradually pour in the egg mixture. Then knead the soft, elastic dough and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

After the expiration of time, we divide it into 4 equal parts. Each part is rolled into a thin layer approximately 2-3 mm thick. Then abundantly lubricate the layers with melted butter and twist into tight rolls. Now spread them in the form of a spiral on a flour-covered plate, cover with a food film and put it away for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Do not waste time in vain, we prepare the filling. For this, the cheese is finely chopped. Garlic is passed through the garlic and mixed with cheese. Add the remaining eggs and mix again.

Then chop the dough into small pieces. We put it on the table, sprinkled with flour, and roll it out with a rolling pin into a flat cake. On each lay out a little cheese filling and form triangles, tightly fixing the edges of the dough.

We shift the samsa onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Pour the surface of the patties with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame. We send the samsa to the oven preheated to 180-200 ° C and bake for 40 minutes. Instead of the usual cheese, you can use cheese, then you will get a very delicate, with a piquant taste of samsa with brynza.
