Next, mix the syrup with half fresh and whole frozen raspberries, and again bring the mixture to a boil. After 2 minutes, the crimson jam begins to thicken, after which it can be removed from the fire. Let's cool the raspberry jam for an hour.

To prepare parfait in a glass or a tall glass, pour the vanilla yogurt, spread the remaining fresh berries and pour all the wine sauce. We crown the dessert with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.

Peaches are sliced. I clean my berries and dry them. Mix vanilla ice cream with cinnamon and nutmeg, evenly distribute it on the bottom of the glass for serving, then spread the berries, sprinkle all the crumbs of the biscuits, cover ice cream again, put the peaches and finish the dessert with a couple of raspberries for decoration.

Mix the melted butter with honey and add half of the mixture to a crumb of vanilla cookies. The second half is connected with berries and mixed. We distribute the crumb from the cookies between all the kremanki, we put on the berries and ice cream on top. Repeat the layers.

As an ornament, cover each dessert with whipped cream. Raspberry parfait can be served to the table at once, but you can let it stand in the refrigerator for about half an hour, but keep in mind that the cookie crumb will be soaked and not so crisp, however, in the recipe it can be replaced with granola or nuts.
