At this time we are preparing the dressing: rice vinegar (can be replaced with wine vinegar) is mixed with salt and sugar, we heat this mixture (it is possible in a microwave oven), then the salt with sugar is better dissolved. Pour the resulting dressing into rice and gently mix it with a wooden spatula.

Now you can proceed directly to cooking the sushi. To do this, take the nori sheet and cut it into 4 squares. Fillet of salmon cut into strips, about 0.5 cm thick and 4 cm long. Similarly, cut the daikon. And the feathers of onions should be made longer - 5-6 cm. We lay the nori sheet on the mat with a smooth side down. We put 2 tbsp. spoons of warm rice and level it in such a way that on the one hand there is a clean strip of nori about 1 cm wide.

On top, put a piece of salmon, daikon, 2-3 pieces of green onion feathers and a couple of leaves of pickled ginger. We curl up the nori with a kook - so that the clean edge is well adhered and the kulechka does not fall apart, slightly moisten it with water. Ready to roll the temaki slightly squeezed in his hand. We serve with soy sauce, marinated ginger and wasabi.
