Soup with noodles and beef is a classic dish of oriental cuisine. We offer you several recipes for this delicious and hearty dish, prepared in different manners.
Beef noodles in Chinese
Ingredients:
- beef bones - 1 kg;
- water - 3 l;
- onions - 2 pcs .;
- a piece of ginger 5 cm;
- anis - 5 stars;
- cinnamon - 2 sticks;
- pepper peas - 1 teaspoon;
- cloves - 5 pcs .;
- seeds of coriander - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- fish sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- lime juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- rice noodles - 100 g;
- beef steak - 200 g;
- bean sprouts - 110 g;
- green onions - 3 feathers;
- chili pepper -1 pc .;
- mint leaves - 1/2 st .;
- leaves of coriander - 1/2 st.
Preparation
Beef bones are flooded with water, add onion, anise, cinnamon, black pepper, garlic and coriander. Leave everything on a big fire, bring to a boil. We reduce the fire to a minimum and cook the broth for 3 hours, not forgetting to periodically remove the foam formed on the surface. Cool the beef broth and filter it, then re-put on the fire and bring to a boil.
Add fish sauce, lime juice and mix everything. Season the future soup with salt and pepper to taste.
Noodles filled with hot water and leave it for 5 minutes. We spread the noodles on plates together with thin slices of raw beef. Rice noodles with beef are filled with hot broth. Over the soup we spread bean sprouts, chopped onion, chili, mint and coriander.
Recipe for noodle soup with beef
Ingredients:
- buckwheat noodles - 120 g;
- Shiitake mushrooms - 1 l;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- green onions;
- beef broth - 1 l;
- ginger - a small piece;
- young green peas - 1 handful;
- soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
- boiled beef - 200 g;
- fresh parsley;
- salt.
Preparation
Noodles are cooked until ready and washed under a stream of cold water. We put the beef broth on the stove and add into it sliced mushrooms, peas in the pods, carrots, garlic, onions and sliced ginger. We bring everything to the boil and cook until the vegetables are ready. Now the soup is complemented with soy sauce, salt to taste and remove from the fire.
At the bottom of a deep plate we put the boiled beef cut into strips, followed by buckwheat noodles, and afterwards a fragrant broth with vegetables. Buckwheat noodles with beef are ready, it remains to decorate it with chopped herbs and chili, if desired, and can be served to the table.
