A bit of everything is blown out and then add the tomato paste. As soon as our mixture starts to gurgle, we lower the chicken legs into it and cook for 20 minutes with the lid closed on low heat. Next, pour the corn and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. We serve a ready dish with boiled rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.

So, in order to cook a chicken, baked in Mexican, we pre-turn and preheat the oven to 180 °. Then lubricate with a round baking dish and set aside. In the pot, pour the water, put on the fire and bring to a boil. Then throw rice and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Next, gently drain the water, rice is washed and thrown back to the colander. In the prepared form, mix the red canned beans and a little fresh and chopped coriander. Then add the rice and mix well, pressing the weight a little, so that the whole bean is warmed. Top with a half of grated cheese. In the frying pan pour a little oil, lay out the whole chicken fillet and lightly fry over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Then we shift the meat into a mold, add the coriander and sprinkle the cheese again. Close the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes in the oven. Cut the prepared chicken into 4 parts and serve it to the table, pouring the top with sour cream.

Chicken, Mexican with beans

Onion cut into half rings and fry until soft in a frying pan. Add the chilli powder, ground cumin and cook for a few minutes. We put the tomatoes crushed with cubes and pour some water. Then add the broken chicken cube and bring the whole mass to a boil. As soon as she starts to gurgle, gently lower her chicken thighs into it. Cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer for 25 minutes over medium heat.

Then we put the peppers cut into strips and pour the canned beans (without marinade). Stir the chicken, add salt to taste and season with red pepper. Serve with boiled potatoes, sprinkle with parsley.
