Apples are peeled from the peel and seeds, we savor with lemon juice so that they do not turn black and fall asleep with sugar. Cherries are cleaned from the bones and also fall asleep with a small amount of sugar.

Now we turn to the main component of the dish - the test. In a bowl, pour the vegetable oil, add the egg, sugar and water, beat the mixture with a blender. Without stopping to mix, gradually pour the sifted flour into the dough. The finished base for the vertuot should be soft and sticky. We divide the dough into quarters and put it on the oiled surface, give it a little rest, about 15-20 minutes, and then proceed to the molding.

The dough can be slightly rolled out with a rolling pin, and then start slowly pulling from the center to the edges. As a result, a translucent layer of dough along one edge is obtained, on which it is necessary to lay out our apple-cherry filling.

Now you can gently twist the twirl, gradually covering the filling layer with multiple layers of dough. We lay the roll with the seam down, smeared with whipped egg yolk and set to bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.

The dough is rolled into a thin layer on a dust-dusted surface. On a practically transparent layer of dough from the edge of the wide side we lay a strip of curd-apple filling. Fold the dough into a roll, and we already wrap the finished roulet with a spiral. Lubricate the spiral with a beaten egg, or vegetable oil and send it to the oven to bake at 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. We put the finished dessert with sugar powder and serve it to the table.

Vertuta with apples on sour cream

My apples, peeled and removed the core. Finished fruit cut into small cubes, mixed with 3 tablespoons liquid honey and cinnamon.

To prepare the dough, we take butter or margarine and melt it in a water bath, add sour cream, one egg and flour in warm oil, mix thoroughly and let stand for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. This technique will disperse the gluten in the test and with it will become easier to work with.
