Strawberry pudding

In Britain, historically, the culinary traditions of cooking puddings, they are prepared in various ways: boil in a water bath or bake. In non-anglocultural countries the word "pudding" is more often called pies (sweet and unsweetened), sometimes with some fillers (meat, fish, mushrooms, nuts, fruits, vegetables, etc.). Stir with a whisk or a fork so that there are no lumps. Cook at the lowest heat with continuous stirring until the thickening begins. Add the strawberry juice and cognac.

Strawberries are wiped through a rare sieve or finely chopped. Whisk the second part of the sugar with egg white. Mix the whipped protein with the strawberry mass, and then all together with the starch-milk. Pour the mixture into the croissants and let it freeze (you can put them for a while in the fridge). We decorate with whipped cream and mint leaves. You can serve a glass of cool refreshing cocktail "Gin-tonic", light white or pink wine for such pudding.

About the same way you can prepare blueberry-strawberry pudding. To do this, take 150 g of strawberries and 100 g of blueberries. Strawberries are ground, add whole berries to blueberries.

Mix cottage cheese and half of sugar with egg yolk, flour, cream, milk and cognac. Mix with a fork carefully. A homogeneous mass should be obtained.

We bake the strawberry-curd pudding in the oven at a temperature of about 190 degrees for 45-60 minutes (control visually, dry match the readiness of the pudding not check).
