Recipe for tiramisu with mascarpone

A layered Italian dessert in its classic variation is prepared using mascarpone cheese. You can prepare this variety of cream cheese yourself, but you can buy it in any large market. Anyway, it is this ingredient that makes tiramisu tender and creamy, as it was conceived by the original recipe.

Classic recipe tiramisu with mascarpone

With a mixer, whisk egg whites with sugar until soft peaks. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar to white (3-5 minutes). Mix yolks with mascarpone cheese and liqueur, gently combine cheese mass with whipped whites.

We dip the Savoyardi cookies into a barely warm coffee and lay them in a single layer on the bottom of the mold. At this stage, the main thing is to keep the texture of the cookie, hardly softening it outside. Usually Savoyardi is dipped in coffee for 2-3 seconds. On top of the cookie layer, put half the cheese mixture, again distribute the layer of cookies soaked in coffee, spread the remaining cream cheese and sprinkle the top of the dessert with cocoa powder. Before serving, tiramisu with savoyardi and mascarpone should stand in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.

Recipe tiramisu with mascarpone cheese and cream

Maskarpone whisked with sugar until smooth and airy. Add vanilla, milk and brandy to the cheese mass, and then beat again. Coffee is dissolved and mixed with coffee liqueur. Whisk the cream to hard peaks, after which we mix them with cheese mass.

At the bottom of the chosen form we lay the coffee biscuit, soaked in coffee, we distribute half of the cream-cheese mass on top, cover it with a second layer of cookies and again with cheese mass. Ready dessert, sprinkle cocoa and put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

Tiramisu with mascarpone and cottage cheese

We divide the eggs into yolks and proteins. Whisk yolks and a half of sugar white. The second half of the sugar is added to the proteins and also whisked them to hard peaks. Mascarpone mash with a fork with cottage cheese or whisk cheese mass in a blender. Mix the cheese with the yolk, carefully add the air protein and set the mass aside.

We cover the bottom of the chosen dishes with Savoyardi cookies, soaked in a mixture of coffee and cognac. On top of the layer of cheese, again put the cookies and finish the dessert with another layer of cheese. Sprinkle tiramisu with mascarpone and cognac cocoa powder. Before serving, the dessert should stay in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Biscuit cut into two layers. One of the layers is laid out on the bottom of the chosen form and impregnated with a mixture of coffee and liquor. Cover the biscuit with a layer of vanilla ice cream and lay out the second layer. Again, impregnate biscuit coffee, but this time we cover cheese, whipped with yolks and sugar. Sprinkle the dessert of cocoa and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
