How to cook zrazy with cheese?

You can prepare zrazy with cheese from minced meat, from potatoes, from eggs, from ham, and even from buckwheat. In principle, any base, in which you can wrap the filling, will do. Since in our case, the filling is cheese, then here, too, you can improvise. It is not necessary to buy hard cheese of the most expensive varieties, you can do Adyghe or fused.

Cheese grate and mix with greens and mushrooms. Get the minced meat, divide it into small equal parts and make cakes. In the center of each of them put the filling (it is most convenient to do this with a teaspoon soaked in warm water), wrap and clamp the edges. After roll the zrazy in breadcrumbs and fry over medium heat.
