A hearty dish of mashed potatoes wrapped around various fillings has gained popularity with lightning speed in our country, as it is easy and inexpensive to cook such a yummy meal, and as a result we get an original variation on the topic of once potted potatoes for dinner. Potato roll with minced meat

The recipe for a potato roll with minced meat is considered one of the most popular, because, in fact, it combines two hearty dishes, originally outplayed externally.

Potatoes are cleaned, mine, arbitrarily cut and sent to cook until ready seasoning with salt. We take for the filling: chop the onions and fry them to transparency, add minced meat, salt and pepper. When the filling is almost ready, let's cut it into finely chopped herbs and immediately remove it from the fire. Minced meat should be slightly pink and not fully fried, because it will be cooked again in the oven and may dry up.

Boil potatoes mash with a small amount of cream and sour cream, add flour and continue to grind the potato dough until it becomes homogeneous. In a homogeneous mass, drive 2 eggs. If you do not want to grind potatoes manually, use a grater or a blender. Do not forget to salt and pepper the potato dough.

A large piece of polyethylene film is lubricated with oil and we spread an even layer of cooled potato paste on top. The same uniform layer on the potato substrate spread and fried minced meat. Gently form the roll with a film and send it to bake, pre-lubricated with whipped yolk, at 200 degrees until a ruddy crust appears.

Potato roll with vegetables is an excellent lean dish, which can be served both to an ordinary family dinner, and to a festive table.

Before making a potato roll, we prepare the roast of vegetables: first let's cut the chopped peppers and onions, and after adding the diced tomatoes and mushrooms, season and wait until the liquid evaporates.

On the parchment paper, lay out the boiled and crushed potatoes in advance and bake on a baking sheet for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Thanks to this method, the roll without eggs and cream will not fall apart.

On the baked potato base lay out the roast from vegetables and a layer of crushed green. We wrap our roll and bake it, oiling it, for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Potato roll with cabbage and egg

To make the potato roll more dietary it is enough to simply fill it with grated cabbage and boiled egg: tasty, cheap and easy for digestion.

So, my potatoes, clean, cook and turn into puree with the addition of flour and spices. Now we put eggs to boil - hard-boiled, and in the meantime we chop cabbage with a grater, or a blender. Cut cabbage and onions we send to stew with half a glass of water, as soon as the liquid is evaporated and the cabbage becomes soft - we mix it with sliced ​​boiled eggs.

In the usual scheme, we spread the potato pancake from the dough, we spread the cabbage-egg filling on it uniformly, and then we form the roll. Before being sent to the oven, grease the dish with an egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
