Two important factors are important here:

Unfortunately, parents can not always check the quality of the vaccine, however, they can prepare the child for vaccination.

How to prepare for routine vaccination?

  1. Make sure that the baby is healthy. The greatest danger of vaccination can cause the body weakened. If the child at the time of vaccination is sick with ARI, a collision with a new virus can lead to severe complications. Therefore, before you go to the next inoculation, make sure that the child feels great. Measure for three days before the vaccination temperature, note whether there was a cough, a cold. And if you notice ailments, be sure to notify the doctor.
  2. Walk a lot, but minimize contacts. Do not visit public institutions before and after vaccination. Try not to sit in line in front of the doctor's office (it is better to ask someone from the relatives to take turns to see a doctor, and spend time before grafting in the fresh air). After vaccination, in no case be sent to the store, the best solution is a short walk. Also, during the "vaccination campaign", refuse to receive guests on the eve and after the vaccination. Each guest - the threat of a new virus, in an unabated condition, his baby will overdo it, but while he is fighting the vaccine virus, do not complicate his task.
  3. Do not enter new food into the baby's diet. As already mentioned, the vaccinated organism has something to do in the days following the vaccination. Do not load it with unfamiliar food, and also with heavy food, minimize allergens. Chocolate, sweets, red vegetables and fruits, milk, smoked products - all these things, perhaps, will raise the mood of a frightened child, but can lead to much worse consequences. Diets without "complex products" should be adhered to, at least, three days before the vaccination and three days after it.
  4. Prepare allergy sufferer. If a baby suffers from atopic dermatitis or bronchial asthma, three days before and within three days after vaccination, the child should be given a suitable antihistamine. Before vaccination for such newborns, fenistil, zirtek or erius is prescribed.
  5. You drink a lot, but do not feed by force. As during the ARI, after the vaccination, the child should be given plenty of fluids and not to force him to eat against his will. Be careful with those children who eat to relieve stress. If the newborn crying after vaccination, do not overfeed it, mixing up the stressful state with a feeling of hunger. It will be better if he spends more time on your hands than he eats extra.
  6. Spend more time with the baby. Excessive nervousness of the baby after vaccination can be removed, only giving him a little more time than usual. Do not be afraid to pamper him these days, a little more to vilify on his hands, hold on his knees, calm.
  7. Keep the febrifuge at the ready. In the event that after the vaccination the child has a fever above 38 degrees, the newborn should be given an antipyretic; the antipyretic is best for these purposes based on paracetamol. Do not panic, since a fever is a frequent reaction to vaccination.
