Not far off is the New Year couple, and with it the abundance of mandarins, from which the head is spinning. Of course, festive citrus fruits are good on their own, but they can not compare with the incomparable mandarin pies: fragrant, warm and very tasty.

The oven is brought to a temperature of 180 degrees. Mix the melted butter with the crumb of shortbread and sugar. The resulting mass is evenly distributed along the bottom of the mold and its walls, and then we bake the resulting base for 10 minutes.

Gelatin is diluted in water and left to swell. On top of a pot of boiling water we place a bowl into which we drive two egg yolks, add 100 g of sugar and lemon juice. Constantly stirring the yolks whisk, whisk them until a thick cream. Mix the cream with a gelatin solution and add the zest of one orange.

Proteins of three eggs are beaten with the remaining sugar until solid peaks are formed. Mix the airy proteins with a warm custard and pour the mixture into the cooled base for the pie. Leave everything in the refrigerator for 3 hours. We decorate the cake with pieces of canned tangerine. Preheat the mandarin juice and brew orange jelly in it. Fill the jelly over the lobules of the mandarin and re-set everything to freeze in the refrigerator.

The oven is heated up to 210 degrees. Shortcake (we have already prepared it in recipes more than once) are rolled out and put into a greased baking dish. Surplus dough along the edges cut off, the base is pinned with a fork and covered with a sheet of parchment. On top of the dough pour a layer of beans, peas or any other grains, which will protect our dough from swelling during baking. We bake the basis of 5-7 minutes until the edges are seized, and then we remove the parchment and continue baking for another 10-12 minutes to get the base grasped.

Sliced ​​apples are rolled in starch and mixed with sugar, melted butter and pieces of mandarin. Spread the filling into the base of the short pastry and bake for 20 minutes or until the apples soften.

For a sponge cake, beat eggs with sugar and add vegetable oil, kefir, and gradually pouring self-rising flour, knead thick dough. We complement the dough with a mandarin peel for a characteristic citrus flavor. The resulting dough is poured into a mold in the oiled bowl of the multivark, turn on the "Baking" mode and forget about the cake for an hour.

In the meantime, whip the cream with sugar powder, we divide the tangerines into slices and remove all the membranes. The cooled biscuit is leveled over the entire surface, covered with a layer of mandarin jam and whipped cream, after which we spread the mandarin lobules as decor and serve the dish to the table.
