So, before pickling mushrooms for the winter, carefully wash them, process them, cut off large legs and put them in a saucepan. Fill with water, bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes, reducing the fire to a minimum. Then we discard the mushrooms in a colander, fill them with icy water and again put them in a saucepan of clean water. Add the taste of seasoning, vinegar, lemon and boil for another 10 minutes. Then move the mushrooms to the cans, at the bottom of which lies the laurel leaf. Cover the top with lids and sterilize in a water bath for 30 minutes. Then we close each jar with a cap cap, turn it over and cool it.

Mushrooms are processed, poured with boiling water and boiled for 20 minutes. In the meantime, we prepare marinade: boil the water separately, add spices, sugar, pour in the vinegar and lay the boiled mushrooms, catching them with a noise. Cover with a lid and simmer on a slow fire for 40 minutes. Then we lay out in prepared cans, pour hot marinade and roll. Now carefully turn the jars, wrap the blanket and leave until completely cooled.

Each mushroom is well washed, filled with water and cook for 25 minutes. Without losing time, we make marinade: boil water, we throw salt, sugar and add vinegar.
