Potatoes are cleaned, washed and cut into cubes of medium size. The Bulgarian pepper is processed, mine and shredded squares. Chop onion and garlic.

Now take the frying pan, pour olive oil into it, heat it and pass onions on high heat for about 1-2 minutes. Then add pepper and fry, stirring, for about 2-3 minutes. After that, we spread the potatoes, add salt to taste, mix, sprinkle the vegetables with ground paprika, cover the frying pan with a lid and cook for about 20 minutes, until cooked. At the end of the meal, add garlic, stir gently and serve fried potatoes with pepper on the table.

Potatoes in the oven with pepper

Vegetables are cleaned and sliced: potatoes - thin slices, Bulgarian pepper - strips, onion - half rings, and garlic squeezes through the press.

In the baking dish, pour a little oil and lay out first layers of potatoes, then pepper and onion. Each layer of podsalivaem, pepper and sprinkle with ground paprika and garlic. Add laurel sheets and pour all the remaining oil. Then carefully pour the wine, a little water and bake the dish in the oven for about 1 hour at 200 degrees.

Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes and fried in a heated frying pan in vegetable oil. Then add the cabbage shredded with straws and cook until it becomes soft. Onions and carrots are cleaned, crushed with semirings, pepper is processed and minced with cubes. Now spread all the prepared vegetables to potatoes with cabbage and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until soft. Then spread the diced tomatoes, add salt to taste, pepper, decorate with basil, mix and stew potatoes with pepper until cooked.
