In the form with a potato we spread the meat, pour the oil, sprinkle with onion rings, cover with a layer of mushrooms and grated hard cheese. Lubricate our "casserole" with sour cream and put the potatoes with mushrooms and meat in the oven, preheated in advance to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
