Let's start preparing the salad with the preparation of the ingredients. Fish filletiruem, and the finished fillet is separated from the bones. Cut the herring into large cubes. Apple is cleaned from seeds and peel and also rubbed on a grater.

We now turn to the formation of salad. On a flat serving dish we lay out the potatoes, followed by herring, onions, apple, carrots and beets. Each layer in layers is blotted with mayonnaise. We decorate the salad with herbs and leave it soaked in the refrigerator for about 1-1.5 hours.

Potatoes and beets are boiled separately from each other until cooked. We cool and clean both vegetables, rub them on a grater. Eggs boil hard boiled and finely chopped. Slightly salted herring is checked for bones and, in case of what, we remove them with tweezers, and cut the fish itself in small pieces. Apples rub on a large grater and mix with the chopped egg.

We turn to the laying of "Fur coats" on a dish: we put the first layer of potatoes, cover with mayonnaise, put the pieces of herring on top, then eggs with a block, cover everything with mayonnaise, and finish the layer with beets.

Vegetables are cleaned, boiled and rubbed on a fine grater. Similarly, rub apple and cheese. We clean the fish from the bones and unfold it into one fillet. We put the herring on food film and lay the layers of potatoes, beets, carrots, apple and cheese. Each layer is lubricated with mayonnaise. Fold the fish into a roll and leave it for 12 hours in the fridge. We cut the snack and serve it to the table.
