Stewed pork, beef or chicken can be turned into a stew, sauce or soup in a matter of minutes, only combining meat with certain ingredients. We decided to devote this article to a story about how to cook soup with stew.
Soup with stew and noodles
Have you ever heard of lime soup? If not, then meet - a hearty soup based on a classic Italian dish. The sheets of lasagne in it are replaced by ordinary egg noodles, tomato sauce - whole fruits, and minced meat - ready-made stew.
Ingredients:
- stewed beef in a can - 500 g;
- white onion - 120 g;
- tomatoes - 380 g;
- sweet pepper - 125 g;
- garlic cloves - 4 pcs .;
- tomato paste - 40 g;
- meat broth - 3 liters;
- cream - 240 ml;
- Dried oregano and basil - for 3g;
- egg noodles - 120 g;
- hard cheese.
Preparation
We pour oil into the brazier or any other thick-walled dish, wait until it is warmed, and then fry on it chopped onions with slices of sweet pepper. After 4-5 minutes, we add to the vegetables the garlic and dried herbs passed through the press. Blanching tomatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes. We put the tomatoes in the soup and prepare the vegetable base for another 15 minutes. We remove the stew from the fat, mash it with a fork and put it to the vegetables. Fill the dish with broth, add cream and tomato paste. Reduce heat and cook soup for another half hour. We serve soup with stewed cheese generously sprinkled with grated cheese.
Potato soup with stewed meat - recipe
Ingredients:
- butter - 35 g;
- white onion - 85 g;
- beef stew - 280 g;
- sauerkraut - 1 item;
- potatoes - 210 g;
- meat broth - 2 liters;
- flour - 25 g;
- sour cream.
Preparation
Melt the butter directly in a saucepan in which you are going to boil the soup, let's cut the onion on it for 5 minutes, then add the stewed carcass, separated from the fat and jelly, and knead it all so that the meat is divided into fibers. While the beef is fried, the potato tubers are cleaned and cut into cubes. We put the potatoes to the meat with onions, after 2 minutes, sprinkle all the flour and mix. Fill the contents of the pan with broth, we put cabbage and reduce fire. Soup of stew with potatoes should be cooked under the lid for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes soften. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
Pea soup with stewed meat - recipe
Ingredients:
- stewed meat - 1 kg;
- white onion - 190 g;
- garlic cloves - 4 pcs .;
- a sheet of laurel and a twig of thyme;
- beef broth - 2 liters;
- dark beer - 500 ml;
- tomatoes in its own juice - 620 g;
- carrots - 160 g;
- white onions - 180 g;
- potatoes - 180 g;
- champignons - 210 g;
- green peas - 90 g.
Preparation
We collect a little fat from a jar of stew, melt it and use for onion, garlic, mushrooms and carrots. Add the meat, potatoes and peas to the pan. Fill broth, tomatoes and beer. We cook pea soup with stew on medium heat for half an hour.
Buckwheat soup with stewed meat - recipe
Ingredients:
- stewed beef in a can - 500 g;
- vegetable oil - 30 ml;
- white onion - 85 g;
- garlic cloves - 1 pc .;
- Provencal herbs - 4 g;
- tomato paste - 25 g;
- beef broth - 1 l;
- red wine - 60 ml;
- water 240 ml;
- potatoes - 130 g;
- carrots - 130 g;
- buckwheat groats - 80 g.
Preparation
The first thing we do is pass the onions and garlic on the warmed oil. Mix the roast with tomato paste and herbs, pour everything with wine, water and broth. We put meat in the pan together with a small amount of fat, and after it - cubes of potatoes and carrots. After half an hour of cooking over medium heat, the vegetables should become soft, and this is a sign that the turn of buckwheat came. Together with buckwheat, fall asleep and spices. Soup with stew and buckwheat will be ready exactly when the croup will soften.
