We put the fish fillet on an educated vegetable pillow, season it with salt and pepper. Make sure that the edges of the paper envelope are securely fastened, and then pour all of its contents with white wine and a couple tablespoons of olive oil.

Tightly turn the top of the envelope, put it on the grill of the steamer and gently prick it in several places to give an outlet for excess liquid. We place the grate over boiling water and cover the steamer with a lid. We cook the fish fillet for 10-12 minutes, until the fillets themselves and the softness of the vegetables are ready. We serve haddock with vegetables stewed in wine and a slice of lemon.
