December 7, 2015 in the Kremlin there was a meeting of Pamela Anderson and Sergei Ivanov, who is the head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. The actress urged Russian lawmakers to toughen measures to combat capture and extermination of seal pups' pups, as in her opinion this will not only help preserve a rare species, but will also allow Russia to gain a leading position in the protection and revival of animal populations.
At the end of the meeting, Pamela Anderson was given a certificate stating that she has patronized one of the rare Far Eastern leopards.
