Salad with meat and cucumbers
Ingredients:
- meat boiled (chicken or beef) - about 300-400 g;
- cucumbers fresh - 2 ground or 1 large greenhouse;
- mushrooms canned - about 200 g;
- Chicken egg - 1-2 pcs .;
- onion - 0.5-1 pcs .;
- greens are different fresh;
- yogurt unsweetened natural or vegetable oil for refueling.
Preparation
Eggs boil hard boiled, cool, clean and chop finely. Onions will be cut into quarter rings, meat - oblong small slabs, as well as cucumber. Marinated mushrooms , if large - can be cut at will or used as is. Greens and garlic chopped finely. We combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, pour the dressing and mix.

Korean salad with meat, cucumber and carrots
Ingredients:
- boiled meat - about 300 g;
- cucumber - 1-2 pieces;
- onions - 1 pc. (preferably red);
- carrots - 1 piece;
- pepper sweet red and / or yellow - 1-2 pcs .;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- Ground seeds of coriander and fennel;

- oil (ideally sesame);
- vinegar natural.
Preparation
