The second is based on plotting the basal temperature graph. For this, the menstruation should first be immediately after waking up, without getting out of bed, to measure the rectally basal temperature. It should be noted that a continuous sleep before the measurement should be at least 6 hours. On the day when ovulation occurs, on the chart you will notice a sharp temperature jump upwards (at least by 0.3 degrees).
So, in simple terms, ovulation, both in women and girls - is such a phenomenon that it can guarantee the onset of pregnancy in 70% of cases if an unprotected sexual intercourse was performed during this period.
