How to make a bird of paper with your own hands?

Hand-made volumetric bird of paper with your own hands

To make a bird, we need:

• scissors;
• blue paper;
• orange paper;
• brown paper;
• red paper;
• White paper;
• black paper;
• pencil;
• black pen;
• glue stick.

Operating procedure:

1. We will cut out from the paper details of a bird of such a shape and size as in the presented photograph.
2. Strips of blue paper are details for the head (30x3 cm) and for the trunk (30x4 cm).
3. The tail is also cut out of blue paper.
4. Paws are made of brown paper.
5. A bill is made of red paper.
6. The wings are made of orange paper.
7. Pupils (0.5 cm in diameter) are made of black paper.
8. Eyes (diameter - 1 cm), breast and round specks for wings (diameter - 1.5 cm) are cut from white paper.
9. Let's start gluing together the bird. On the details of the trunk and head, wrap the ends slightly and glue them.
10. Now wrap the details of the head and trunk in a roll and glue it together. The head needs to be rolled a little denser, so that it turns out less than the torso.
11. We glue the head and trunk.
12. To the details of the wings we glue white circles. Round each circle with a black handle draw wavy lines.
13. We glue the wings on the sides of the body of the bird.
14. In the lower part of the body, the birds will stick their paws.
15. From the blue paper, we cut two circles about 2.5 cm in diameter. The diameter of these circles must match the diameter of the head.
16. Pupils are glued to the white details of the eyes.
17. Eyes glued to the blue circles.
18. Blue circles are glued to the sides of the head.
19. We will attach a tail to the body of the bird and push it backwards.
20. We will add the beak in half and attach the birds to the head.
21. From the front to the body of the bird, we glue a white breast.

Bird of colored paper is ready. It can be made from paper of any other color - yellow, gray, brown, etc. The choice of color is better entrusted to the child, then it will be more interesting for him to make this paper toy.
