The recipe for a soup of green lentils
Ingredients:

How to cook lentil soup? So, the rump is washed, boiled until ready and solyim to taste. Then throw the chopped onions, garlic, boil for about 5 minutes and grind everything through a sieve. On vegetable oil, we pass flour, dilute it with broth and combine it with cereal. We pick up soup from green lentils and serve with small homemade croutons and boiled hard boiled egg.
The recipe for a soup of red lentils
Ingredients:
- red lentils - 100 g;
- fresh champignons - 300 g;
- carrots - 2 pieces;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- potatoes - 3 pcs .;
- spice;
- fresh greens - to taste;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation
We prepare all the necessary ingredients, and wash the vegetables. In salted water, cook until ready for lentils and add potatoes, cut into strips. The bulb is shredded finely and we pass on the frying pan for 5 minutes. Carrots cut into circles, add to the onions and fry another 5 minutes. Then we shift the vegetables into a plate. Champignons are processed, chopped plates and browned in oil almost until cooked. In a saucepan we put vegetable roasting, add salt to taste, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the ready soup of lentils with mushrooms from the plate and let it brew for about 20 minutes. When serving, sprinkle the dish with herbs and serve with sour cream!
Vegetarian lentil soup with cauliflower
Ingredients:
- red lentils - 180 g;
- cauliflower - 300 g;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- tomato - 2 pcs .;
- water - 1,7 l;
- spice.
Preparation
We clean the bulb, shred the half rings, and the carrots with three straws. Fry vegetables on vegetable oil, and then pour boiling water. Add lentils and cook for 20 minutes. Cauliflower is scalded with salted boiling water, and after 5 minutes we divide into inflorescences and throw to lentil. Tomatoes are released from the skin, cut into cubes, add to the soup, boil and cook until ready, seasoning with spices.
Ready-made vegetarian lentil soup with tomatoes is served with sour cream or seasoned with lemon juice.
Lentil purée puree vegetarian
Ingredients:
- red lentils - 100 g;
- carrots - 2 pieces;
- potatoes - 2 pieces;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- water - 2 l;
- spice.
Preparation
We rinse the groats, fill it with water and put it on the fire. This time we process the vegetables and cut them into small cubes. As soon as the water boils, we send carrots to the lentils, and after 5 minutes we throw potatoes. Fry the onion with butter and transfer to a saucepan. We give vegetarian soup of red lentils to boil and season with spices.
A recipe for vegetarian lentil soup in a multivariate
Ingredients:
- lentils - 1 item;
- potatoes - 3 pcs .;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- vegetable oil;
- water - 1.5 liters;
- spice.
Preparation
