For the preparation of a delicate and tasty jam, pears are washed, dried, cut the peel and cut into slices. Spread the fruit in a saucepan with cold water and cook, stirring, until the fruit is soft. Then pour sugar, bring to a boil, cover with a lid and boil for another 30 minutes. After that, gently rub the hot pears through a sieve, add orange juice and grated zest. We mix everything thoroughly and lay out the ready jam on the banks.

Pears thoroughly washed and spread out for 2 hours in a container of cold water. It is necessary to do this, to purify the fruit from harmful substances. Then gently cut the peel, divide the pear into 4 equal parts and remove the core. We put the workpieces in a multivar bowl, pour steep boiling water and activate the "Varka" for 15 minutes.

After the sound signal, open the lid of the appliance, pour out the sugar and knead it all with a crush until it is uniformly dense. Now we put the program "Quenching" on the display and mark 60 min, periodically stirring the jam with a spoon. At the very end of the preparation, we add a little lemon juice to the treat and boil for another 10 minutes until it has a delicate caramel flavor and a delicate citrus aroma.
