Salad - a very interesting dish, sometimes combining, it would seem, completely disparate products. Sometimes it's enough to add some one ingredient to get a whole new salad as a result. Now we will tell you a few options for preparing a salad with mushrooms and carrots.

Salad with mushrooms, carrots and chicken

Mushrooms cut into plates and fry together with onions. Boil the chicken fillet when it cools down, cut into strips. Eggs boil hard boiled and cut with straws. We connect all the ingredients, add mayonnaise, chopped dill and salt to taste and mix.

Salad with beans, mushrooms and carrots

Beans are boiled until ready, and then we throw it back to the colander. Onions cut into half rings, carrots three on a large grater. Fry onion in vegetable oil until golden, then transfer it into a bowl with beans. In the same frying pan fry the carrots and also spread to the rest of the ingredients. Fry the mushrooms. Cucumbers cut into cubes. We connect all the prepared products, add mayonnaise and mix. Black bread is cut into cubes and dried in the oven. We add the croutons to the salad before serving to the table, so that they do not get soaked.

Salad with chicken, mushrooms, carrots and onions

Boiled chicken fillet cut into cubes and lightly fry. Marinated mushrooms cut into cubes. We chop the carrots in Korean. We cut the onions with semicircles and we pour it with boiling water. This is done in order to remove bitterness. If desired, you can marinate it in a mixture of water and vinegar in a 1: 1 ratio. Eggs on a grater. We do the same with hard cheese. Spread the salad layers, lubricating each mayonnaise in this order: chicken, mushrooms, onions, carrots, eggs and cheese, which is also lubricated with mayonnaise. The top of the salad can be decorated with branches of parsley and daisies from eggs.

Mushrooms and onion cut into cubes and fry. Eggs cook hard-boiled and cut into cubes, in the same way cut the smoked legs and cucumbers. We spread the salad on a flat dish in layers, each with mayonnaise: the whole leg, fried with onion mushrooms, eggs, pickles and Korean carrots.

Fry carrots with onions in a frying pan, when they are almost ready, we add mushrooms. We connect the chicken, carrots with mushrooms and onion, corn, eggs, add mayonnaise, add salt to taste and mix.
