Peel onion and cut into small pieces. Then fry it in vegetable oil, adding grated ginger, nutmeg, salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic. Fish cut into large pieces, send to the onion and cook until half cooked, then pour the broth and evaporate it. Then put the cream and wait until they are absorbed into the fish.

With white bread cut off the crust, and pulp soak in milk and squeeze. Then, using a blender, turn the cooked fish and bread pulp into a homogeneous mass, which is then grinded through a sieve. Softened butter beaten with a mixer, and then combine with the fish-bread mass and mix to a homogeneous consistency.

This mixture put in a form, covered with parchment paper, tamped and put for 15-20 minutes in the oven. After that, cool the pate and send it to the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
