Banitza from lavash

A real Bulgarian banitas is a pie from a thinly rolled puff pastry with various fillings: meat, fruit, leeks. But the most popular, perhaps, is the recipe for the Bulgarian banitsa with cottage cheese and cheese. We offer to prepare, so-called, "lazy" banitsa from Armenian lavash with cottage cheese and cheese. This, of course, rather a variation on the theme of Bulgarian cuisine, but also have a place to be as an experiment.

Mix cottage cheese and cheese, you can add crushed herbs. Separately mix eggs and yogurt. One lavash is cut so that it was 2.5 times larger than your form, the other lavash is cut exactly in size. We do not discard the scraps. Then melt the butter. Lubricate them with a shape and put a large pita bread so that the edges protrude beyond the shape. Lubricate the lavash with yogurt and egg, top spread part of the filling and pour with melted butter. So we continue to alternate lavash, stuffing and watering. We also add the scraps as a separate layer. In the end, close the pita bread, which hangs over the edges of the mold, pour on top with yogurt and egg. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and set the shape. Bake until golden brown.

Banitsa from pita bread in multivarka

Mix cottage cheese and 2 eggs, add sugar, vanilla and milk, bringing the mixture to the consistency of thick sour cream. We pour the lavash leaf with cottage cheese stuffing and turn off the roll, with the rest of the pita bread we do exactly the same. Folded in this way, pita bread is poured into a bowl of multivarqua in the form of snails and poured sour cream with 3 eggs. We bake on the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes.

Banitza with cheese

Brynza three on a large grater, curd the cheese with a fork, add 3 eggs, mix thoroughly. You can crumble the greens. Lavash sheet grease with butter, a thin layer on it we put stuffing, we roll a roll on a wide edge. The form is lubricated with butter, we put into it spirals (in the form of snails) rolls of pita bread. We beat 3 eggs and sour cream and fill this mixture with rolls. Preheat the oven to 170 - 180 degrees, put the form, bake 40 minutes until a piquant golden crust.
