Preparation

So, first we prepare the dressing: mix kefir with salt, add eggs and pour the vegetable oil. All carefully mix. Now in a separate bowl we spread low-fat cottage cheese and knead it carefully with a fork. We rub the cheese on a large grater and mix it with cottage cheese.

Next, take the pan, grease with vegetable oil. We spread the first sheet of lavash, pre-soaking it in a prepared dressing, and put it in a frying pan. Then lay out the filling layer and repeat the layers several times in order. Last, we spread pita bread, trying to wrap its edges under the lowest pita bread. As a result, you should get a closed cake. We pour out the remains of kefir from above, sprinkle the remaining cheese and pierce it with a fork in several places. We put khachapuri on kefir in the oven and bake 20 minutes before the formation of a golden crust.

We cool the cake a little, lubricate with butter, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and serve khachapuri with cheese on kefir to the table.
