You can buy it in any large supermarket, where there is a department with national products. It has a neutral taste and almost nothing smells, but at the same time it perfectly absorbs the flavors and tastes of other products. How to cook chicken with chicken? Take rice noodles, boil it in boiling water for about 5 minutes or simply pour boiling water, leave it soaked for 15 minutes. Chicken fillet is also boiled, cooled and crushed in cubes. Cucumber washing, dried and cut into thin strips. Carrots are cleaned and rubbed on a large grater. Bulgarian pepper, cleanse from seeds, peduncles and cut into strips. To make the dressing, we clean the garlic and squeeze it into the piano. Add the chili pepper (to taste), olive oil, soy sauce and mix everything thoroughly. We set the prepared function in a colander, rinse it with cold water and cut it into several parts. We shift all the prepared ingredients into a salad bowl, season with sauce and gently mix with two forks. We put the prepared salad in the refrigerator and let it brew for 2 hours.

The recipe for this salad with fungi and chicken can be varied, adding at your discretion smoked sausage, ham or any boiled meat. Pour a little oil into the frying pan, fry the onion until golden. Then add chicken, bell pepper and mushrooms. We cook everything on a slow fire for about 5 minutes.

Let's leave the vegetables a little cool, and in the meantime, fill the funch with boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, rinse the rice noodles with cold water and mix with chicken, mushrooms and vegetables. Next, add a little soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
